Sushi Place WASABI opened on November 21, 2015, at 39 Hayashi Koji-cho, Nara City, Nara Prefecture. Since its establishment, it has been loved by the local community for its authentic sushi made with fresh seafood and delicate flavors. With unwavering quality and sincere work over time, we have maintained our reputation.

The starting point was when I became independent at the age of 30 and opened my own restaurant in Ikoma City, Higashi Ikoma. Through trial and error, I had a meeting with a sushi chef I respect, which led me to shift from a casual style to a restaurant that focuses on sushi, allowing me to make a fresh start. I cherish the 'elegance' and 'refinement' inherited from my father, and with careful attention to detail, I create delicate and beautiful sushi that is unique to female sushi chefs. I pay attention to creating a comfortable atmosphere, delivering sushi that can be enjoyed by both first-timers and regulars without any pretense.
