In a quiet counter with a reservation system, I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely. The course had a rich variety of dishes, and I was moved by the gentle flavor of the first dish, which was a white miso dressing with broad beans and kumquats. The turnip puree with oyster paste had a melting texture that warmed my body. Following that, there were rich dishes like monkfish liver and Kobe beef stew, which made the flavor development exciting. The pairing with sake, served in small amounts with each dish, was outstanding and irresistible for sake lovers. The time spent savoring the meal with the staff in a calm space with a small number of people felt very luxurious.

1
