Ginza Miyukikan is featured in the "Mont Blanc Special. I was curious if the rumors that "the concept of Mont Blanc will change" and "the best Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc in Ginza" were true, so I paid a visit. The exterior was surprisingly POP and different from the image of luxury. The inside of the restaurant is just as I imagined, gorgeous and stylish, with a relaxing layout. I would like to live a life where I can take a break here to adjust to work. There are a lot of customers because it is close to the station and along Sotobori Dori. There were also many foreigners. Pickup menu Cake set (Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc) 1,650 yen The price is high because of its prime location in Ginza. However, the price is not the point, but how it tastes. And the taste is, well, ◎. The Japanese chestnut paste is a firm type of Mont Blanc that does not easily lose its shape. Many cakes of this type have a pronounced sweetness that makes them boring, but this Mont Blanc has none of that. It has the flavor and aroma of chestnuts themselves, with a natural sweetness. The whipped cream inside seems to be sugar-free and is not too sweet either. In fact, the meringue was the sweetest part. It was a smooth type of Mont Blanc that allowed one to enjoy the natural taste of chestnuts. It was not what one would expect from a sweet Mont Blanc. I thought that this surprising point must be what makes it so well-received. I highly recommend Mont Blanc lovers to try it. Of course, the atmosphere of the store itself is also good, so I recommend it to café lovers as well. The food menu was also extensive, so it can be used as a dinner restaurant as well. The store is famous for its mont-blanc, millefeuille, and large parfaits, and is just right for a meeting as it faces the street. The mont blanc is made with Japanese chestnuts, but the parfaits are different. Each parfait was quite large, but all of them were delicious!
