A fully reservation-only Italian restaurant with only eight counter seats, located on the 2nd floor of the GINZA Kamui Building, a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. Guests must be 20 or older; seating is limited to two hours and a dress code is enforced, creating a tranquil adult space where you can focus on the aromas of the food and wine. A private room (up to 6 people) and full-venue reservations are available, suitable for business entertaining and special anniversaries.

Daisuke Takubo, the owner-chef of Ebisu TACUBO, opened a new restaurant in Ginza 7-chome on May 8, 2026, as “TACUBO’s next stage.” Unlike TACUBO, which is known for course meals of wood-fired grilled meat, this Ginza restaurant opened as an à la carte establishment focused on vegetables and fish and aims to express its connection with producers in a new way.

Chef Naoki Yajima delivers Italian cuisine that embodies the concept of "connecting the producers' sentiments." His deep commitment to vegetable and fish dishes, and ingredient-forward plates born from directly engaging with producers, come through even more clearly in the intimate space of eight counter seats. While inheriting the relationships of trust with producers that TACUBO has cultivated, he is pursuing his own unique world of Italian cuisine on the new stage of Ginza.
