We layer Italian dishes that have long been beloved in Italy with Japanese ingredients and sensibilities to perfect each plate. A sommelier is on staff, and you can also enjoy wine pairings that complement the food.

A fully reservation-only Italian restaurant located a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, on the 2nd floor of the GINZA Kamui Building, with only eight counter seats. Guests must be 20 or older; seating is limited to two hours. We offer a tranquil, adult atmosphere where you can concentrate on the aromas of the food and wine. Private hire is available, making it suitable for business entertainment and special anniversaries.

Owner-chef of Ebisu TACUBO, Daisuke Takubo, opened what he calls "TACUBO's next stage" on May 8, 2026 in Ginza 7-chome. Unlike TACUBO, known for its course meals of wood-fired grilled meat, this new Ginza restaurant is a la carte and aims to express in a new way the connections with producers cultivated at TACUBO.

Chef Naoki Yajima delivers Italian cuisine that embodies the concept of “connecting producers’ intentions.” By engaging directly with producers, ingredient-driven dishes are created that come through even more vividly in the intimate eight-seat counter space. While inheriting the trust-based relationships with producers that TACUBO has cultivated, he pursues his own unique world of Italian cuisine on the new stage of Ginza.
