Echigo beer is chilled to perfection in ice water, and it can be pleasantly enjoyed with snacks. I bought a piece of grilled black throat sea perch sushi and felt a warm nostalgia for its taste after a long time. The female snow crab is full of eggs, allowing for a rich umami flavor to be fully experienced. The red snow crab is also sweet, and I was satisfied to enjoy even the crab shell sake.
