Teppan Grilled Wagyu Beef Fillet with Vegetables. Served with plenty of grated daikon and soy sauce to bring out the flavor of the meat itself. It seems to be better if the meat is a little raw.
It is what is called "shabu-shabu," but to prevent the flavor of the meat from escaping, the wagyu beef loin is cut a little thicker and served with a light ponzu sauce. The meat tastes best when it has just changed color.
Made with carefully selected Wagyu sirloin and grilled in our restaurant’s special hot pot, please enjoy the traditional Kansai-style flavor prepared without a marinade. You may also order additional drinks and other items.
Wagyu fillet and vegetables, teppanyaki-style. Served with plenty of grated daikon radish and soy sauce, this dish lets the natural flavor of the meat shine through.
This is what’s commonly known as “shabu-shabu.” To ensure the meat retains its flavor, we serve slightly thicker slices of Wagyu sirloin, which you can enjoy with a light ponzu sauce. We recommend eating it as soon as it changes color slightly.
