Vegan Tantanmen by Solanoiro Nippon on Tokyo Station's Ramen Street The main restaurant is on the Michelin list! It looks like minced meat dandan noodles, but it is vegan! But I was a picky eater and wanted to eat meat, so I topped it with ajitama (seasoned egg), chicken ham, and chashu pork... veganism gone wrong! I'm happy to know that they also offer a bowl of chashu pork or a highball if you come between 5pm and 8pm! The tantanmen was delicious and just the right amount of spicy! I'm also glad that they have garlic chips so that you can change the taste during the course of the meal! Thank you very much for the food!
