Since opening, we have been loved by the locals, maintaining tradition while continuing to take on new challenges.

Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1974. He entered the world of cooking after a part-time job at an eating and drinking establishment, and while training at Japanese cuisine restaurants he became fascinated with the craft of cooking. Believing in “being hungry as a chef and continually maintaining an ambition to improve,” he kept honing his skills and in 2009 opened his own independent restaurant in Tenjinbashi. His stance of only procuring ingredients he is satisfied with, and his curiosity in pursuing plates that have never been seen before, have built the reputation he enjoys today.
