【Tokyo Shimbashi】 The Kyobashi main store is the first Hotel Tokyo branch of the historic yakitori restaurant "Isehiro," which has been in business for over a hundred years. The relatively compact interior features a counter, tables, and tatami private rooms. Omakase Course ◇ Daikon and Shiso Salad Seasoned with salt, it was just right and delicious. ◇ Chicken Breast The cooking level and salt balance were good and tasty. ◇ Chicken Liver → I substituted with Shishito Peppers since I don't like it. ◇ Chicken Gizzard ◇ Quail Egg ◇ Green Onion Roll An interesting shape with green onions wrapped around chicken thigh, allowing you to enjoy shishito peppers and shiitake mushrooms together. ◇ Cucumber ◇ Chicken Soup ◇ Meatball Ground meat mixed with hemp seeds, commonly known as tsukune. Juicy and satisfying, it was very delicious. ◇ Chicken Skin The chicken skin had a good texture and felt unique compared to others. ◇ Chicken Thigh You can also enjoy it with green onions and shishito peppers. The sauce had a slight sweetness. ◇ Duck ◇ Chicken Wing The course was quite filling and satisfying on its own. Unfortunately, all the rice dishes for the finale were sold out, so I couldn't order any... crying The service was a bit rough, but the taste was delicious, so I definitely want to try the lunch at the main store as well.
