Unique cooking methods bring out the flavors of ingredients that are not commonly encountered, maximizing the essence of red sea bream, squid, and the lingering taste of wagyu shabu-shabu. By avoiding excessive seasoning and refining the flavors with broth and cooking techniques, the delicate taste pairs well with local sake from Shimane.

The interior has only 10 counter seats.
