[Tokyo Ginza] The Ginza SIX branch of "Sanada" offers simple dishes and rice cooked with rare ingredients from Shinshu, as well as hand-made soba for the finale. I visited at the time when dinner service starts at 4 PM. ★ 6-10-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, GINZA SIX 6F ★ 4,000-7,000 yen per person A la carte ◇ Shinshu salmon and avocado mountain yamakake The seasoning with soybeans and jelly is exquisite and delicious. ◇ Soba shop's dashi rolled omelet ◇ Grilled shiitake mushrooms with soy sauce ◇ Tempura of autumn vegetables and swordfish Especially the fluffy swordfish is exquisite when enjoyed with salt. ◇ Shinshu mushroom seiro + tororo I was overwhelmed by the abundance of ingredients in the broth, and I thoroughly enjoyed the generous amount of mushrooms! It feels like it has a stronger chewiness compared to regular soba. As for the customer base, the age group of Japanese customers tends to be older, and there are also some foreign tourists due to the location, but the large number of seats makes it very convenient. On weekends and holidays, or at certain times, you may need to make a reservation to avoid waiting.

Tokyo Ginza I was reluctant to go to GINZA SIX because of the cold winter, when I was dumped into a hot pot. Sanada, which I had been meaning to visit for a long time but never made it. The FONZ Group, which manages the restaurant, was founded in Karuizawa. They have various restaurants such as the famous Sawamura Bakery and THE CITY BAKERY, Kawakamian and Matsubara-an for soba noodles, and Vine Shige Dining for Japanese cuisine. Chef Hayashi-san talked a lot about them. A la carte ◇Carpaccio Fried and soaked eggplant Assorted tempura Oyster and mushroom rice in earthenware pot The deliciousness spreads so smoothly. I was so full that I could not eat soba noodles! The restaurant is open all day, so feel free to visit anytime.

Tokyo Ginza If you are wondering what to eat on the restaurant floor, this is the place. The dark atmosphere is good, so it's easy to bring anyone. A la carte Soba-ya's dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) Potato salad with cheese marinated in miso Shinshu mushroom seiro Chilled Bukkake Tororo Soba The mushrooms were soaked in the broth and the texture was delicious! I would like to come back to try oysters and mushrooms with rice in an earthenware pot.
