This is a chanko nabe restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of a sumo stable, and the interior has a warm wooden feel that makes it comfortable. The tables are spacious, allowing for a leisurely meal. The chanko is filled with plenty of ingredients, and the flavors of the vegetables and meatballs seep into the soup, creating a rich taste. It's also nice that the small pot can be enjoyed while still warm. The freshly fried chicken dish is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the grilled fish was also satisfying in flavor. The finishing udon has a refined broth that is excellent, and overall, I feel that the cooking is done with care.
