The yeast contained in the beer lees activates the cattle's intestines, resulting in a healthy body and tender, high-quality meat. Vast and magnificent, Kousei Beef is raised in the expansive pastures of Aso. It is nurtured in the vast pastures, clean water, and mild climate of Kousei Farm located in Aso City, Kumamoto Prefecture.
