I've been wanting to go to Sushi Ueda for a long time but couldn't get a reservation. It was luxurious and I was very particular about the ingredients and the dishes 💕! The owner is only 26 years old, but he trained at Kogo in Awaji Island! It was so delicious and I was so happy. ❤︎

Yesterday was the first Monday of the month, First Moon Party. Following last month's meeting at Ono's, I was asked to be the organizer again this month and we held the meeting at Sushi Ueda in Motomachi, Kobe. We all enjoyed the sushi of Ueda-kun, who at just 26 years old is (in my opinion) one of the best sushi chefs in the Kansai region 😊.

Yesterday we had a private party at Sushi Ueda. Since children are allowed if it is a private party, I wanted to let my daughter try the sushi here. She loves sashimi and sushi. She said the red sea squirt was the best she had yesterday (laugh). We will have another private party just to let children enter the restaurant, so we would appreciate your cooperation.

The other day at Sushi Ueda. I visited at 8:30 p.m., the second rotation, and I was the only customer. I was able to have my sushi made exclusively by ☺️ The sushi I like is still relatively easy to get a reservation. I couldn't be happier 😊.
