Il achète des poules de la ferme avicole contractée, les découpe sur place, ce qui garantit une fraîcheur exceptionnelle. Il est possible de savourer des morceaux rares que l'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs. Les yakitoris, soigneusement grillés un par un sur du charbon de bois binchotan, sont tous exquis.
