Smoked items include not only meat and dried goods but also fish, vegetables, and even seasonings like soy sauce. The best smoke is achieved by adjusting the smoking time and temperature according to the ingredients. The most important item is the smoking chips. There are strong-flavored and vividly colored cherry chips, slightly sweet apple chips, and refreshing and mild hickory chips. The blend ratio of these smoking chips is adjusted based on the ingredients and temperature during the smoking process. The way the aroma penetrates varies greatly depending on the ingredients. Please try comparing them.
