I am happy to be able to quietly face the dishes in a counter-only restaurant that requires a reservation. The first tail soup is simmered slowly, offering a clear flavor and deep richness that captivates the heart. The low-temperature cooked beef tripe has a pleasant texture and pairs perfectly with the green onion sauce. The yukke can be combined with vinegared rice halfway through to create a meat sushi, which is a fun twist. The grilled dishes highlight the characteristics of each cut, enhanced by a mixture of ancient Egyptian salt and Cambodian fresh pepper with olive oil. The handmade dressing salad, clay pot rice, and even the pudding flow well, providing satisfaction until the very end.
