在只接受預約的櫃檯店內，能夠靜靜地面對料理讓我感到非常高興。第一道的牛尾湯煮得非常細膩，味道清澈且醇厚，讓人心動不已。低溫烹調的牛肚口感爽脆，與蔥醬的搭配也非常合適。生牛肉拌飯可以在中途加入醋飯變成肉壽司，這樣的設計非常有趣。燒烤的火候恰到好處，突顯了部位的風味，搭配埃及的古老鹽和柬埔寨的新鮮胡椒以及橄欖油，提升了美味。手工調製的沙拉醬、土鍋飯和布丁等流暢的搭配，讓人從頭到尾都感到滿足。
