예약 필수의 카운터만 있는 매장에서 조용히 요리와 마주할 수 있어 기쁩니다. 첫 번째 꼬리 수프는 천천히 끓여져 맑은 맛과 깊은 풍미가 있어 마음을 사로잡습니다. 저온에서 완성된 미노는 아삭아삭한 식감이 좋고, 파 소스와도 잘 어울립니다. 육회는 중간에 초밥을 섞어 고기 초밥으로 만들 수 있어 재미있습니다. 구이는 부위의 특성이 잘 드러나는 구이 정도로, 이집트의 오래된 소금과 캄보디아의 생후추를 섞은 것과 올리브 오일이 맛을 높입니다. 수제 드레싱의 샐러드와 돌솥밥, 푸딩까지 흐름이 좋고, 마지막까지 만족감이 있습니다.
