With a hideaway-like atmosphere, you will arrive at a quiet space after a short walk from the station. The wooden counter is calming, and the ambiance is very comfortable. The course includes a wide variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts, and the homemade pasta is served in several forms with a nice chewiness. The seasoning is gentle, allowing the aromas and flavors of the ingredients to come through clearly, making it easy on the body. The corn panna cotta is refreshing, and the pasta with Genovese sauce and sansho pepper was also impressive. The chef personally prepares the bread, bottarga, and desserts, and the wine suggestions are thoughtful, making for enjoyable conversation.
