This course allows you to enjoy seasonal flavors while enjoying the view of Marunouchi, Tokyo and listening to JAZZ. This course is ideal for occasions when you are entertaining important people. In addition to traditional eel dishes, we offer seasonal sashimi and fried dishes.
The Maekawa Course is ideal for a variety of occasions from banquets and dinners to entertaining guests. A variety of eel dishes such as Unaju, Shiroyaki, Umaki, Uzaku, Chawanmushi, etc., are prepared by skilled chefs who know everything about eels with their own proven techniques.
This course allows you to enjoy our famous eel dishes, such as shiroyaki (broiled eel) and unaju (eel stew). We also offer a variety of seasonal delicacies such as Hachimono and Sashimi.
