In the underground food market, there are various types of fish cakes, making it fun to choose. The assortment of fried fish cakes has flavors like sesame, ginger, aonori (green seaweed), and shrimp, and they smell great. There are also fan-shaped ones, which are visually enjoyable. The moist texture of the datemaki (sweet rolled omelet) is also very delicious. It is labeled as free from chemical seasonings, allowing you to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The rolls with the aroma of shiso (perilla) are lightly oiled and pair well with both rice and sake.
