I had a pleasant experience dining in a relaxed atmosphere with just the right level of service. As someone who doesn't like risotto, I would have been even happier if there were more options besides just one type of pasta.
We visited for lunch with my two children and my husband, making a total of four of us. My children and I ordered the most popular wagyu hamburger set meal, while my husband ordered the Miyuki pork braised set meal and a hamburger a la carte. Everything from the miso soup to the rice and the main dish was very delicious. The Miyuki pork had a strong flavor and went very well with the rice. The hamburger was also extremely tasty, from the demi-glace sauce to the meat, and the children even poured the sauce over their rice because it was too good to waste. We would love to visit again.

It was a pleasure to have a delicious meal in a comfortable space!
I will go back again!
Located in a quiet place surrounded by rice fields, the calming atmosphere of the old house is wonderful. In a space with thick beams and an irori (traditional Japanese hearth), you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The cooking is very skillful in terms of grilling, frying, and cooking rice, with each dish having a careful flavor. The sashimi includes river fish such as konbu-marinated iwana (char), Shinshu salmon, and carp, which gives a sense of local character. The fragrant grilled sweetfish, dobin mushi (steamed dish in a teapot), soba noodles, and the final dish of hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice) also left a strong impression. There are also takeout bento boxes available, which include wild vegetables and game, making it satisfying to enjoy at home.
