I was glad I had made a reservation, but it was a popular restaurant that was fully booked. It is said to be the birthplace of the famous Shinshu dish, Sanzoku-yaki. I had Sanzoku-yaki (large), a mixed platter of grilled chicken (8 skewers), chicken offal stew (small), horse sashimi (small), and Caesar salad. The portions were generous, the taste was great, and I was very satisfied. As expected from a popular restaurant, the deliciousness was remarkable 😋
