At Bishamonten Hagiwara, you can indulge in a wide range of Japanese dishes with an all-you-can-eat buffet. The menu features a rich selection including shabu-shabu, sushi, and tempura, making it a place you’ll want to visit again and again. With luxurious ingredients and a satisfying variety, we aim to impress our customers.
It's enjoyable to have the finishing touches and explanations done right in front of you at the counter surrounding the teppan. Dishes utilizing ingredients from Oita come out one after another, and each one is fragrant and satisfying. You can choose between bread or rice, and it's nice that if you choose bread, you get soup, and if you choose rice, you get red miso soup. The freshly cooked rice is fluffy and goes down easily on its own. The bonito with sweet summer citrus sauce, the presentation of shaved mullet roe, and the teppanyaki of wagyu beef were particularly impressive. The calm interior has private rooms, and while it's stylish, you can relax without feeling stiff, making it perfect for special occasions.
When you enter the restaurant, it has a bright atmosphere with a counter and tatami seating where you can relax. The menu is extensive, and the option to order half portions makes it easy and enjoyable to try different dishes even if you're alone. The black vinegar sweet and sour pork set meal had large chunks of pork, and the rich black vinegar sauce was amazing. With unlimited refills on rice and soup, you can enjoy it until you're completely full. The handmade, chewy dumplings and the sweet and delicious stir-fried noodles with sauce were also must-try dishes. The staff are friendly, and you can use mobile ordering, making it a wonderful place to casually enjoy a variety of flavors.

I am happy that I can place orders on the screen and it goes smoothly. I liked that the names of the cuts are written on the plates, so I can easily tell which meat will be grilled next. The way to quickly grill thinly sliced Asaji beef and dip it in the egg yolk is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. When you grill the steak and then add wasabi, the aroma spreads gently rather than the spiciness, enhancing the sweetness of the meat. It pairs well with the acidity of kabosu and the garlic-flavored sauce, and I was satisfied with the roasts and offal, which had no odor. There was a corner where I could take as many vegetables as I wanted and desserts as well, and I was able to enjoy it comfortably in a partitioned seat.

The food was delicious and we had a limited time dessert, which was also delicious and very satisfying. We were also able to see the cats up close and had a very blissful time. I can also support the concept of the restaurant. I will go again♪

The food is very delicious, and both the master and the staff are friendly and nice. One disappointing thing is that there is a big TV, but no music is playing, so the atmosphere tends to be a bit quiet. I think it would be more lively if they played jazz or similar music instead of having a silent atmosphere, although it might be good for watching sports on TV.
