I enjoyed the grilled salmon set meal. The skin of the salmon was crispy and the amount of salt was perfect. The salmon roe, grated onion and a small bowl of cooked food were also delicious. At the end of the meal, we had the salmon and salmon roe on top of the parent and child, topped with Happo dashi broth for ochazuke (rice with green tea). It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Az/Bifun Higashi Osaka is a Chinese bistro located in the quiet antique town of Nishitenma. The soup here is very impressive with its rich dashi flavor, and the clear saltiness has a subtle acidity that leaves a light aftertaste. The homemade noodles have a strong aroma of domestic wheat, smoothly entering the mouth and nicely clinging to the soup. The crunchiness of the green onions and menma provides a good accent, and the Arokan-style flavored egg is rich and irresistible. We made a reservation by phone and ordered the all-you-can-drink course. We were satisfied with the variety of alcohol available. The food is mainly Cantonese cuisine, and you can enjoy the chef's recommended appetizers and fresh seafood carpaccio. The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and relaxing, and it is fun to wait for the food to be prepared while watching the open kitchen. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.
