KIHACHI Aoyama Main Restaurant is located in Meiji Jingu Gaien, surrounded by nature in a location that is hard to believe it is in Tokyo. KIHACHI's seasonal chef's full course menu, featuring signature dishes that have been on the menu since the establishment of KIHACHI, is available. Please enjoy your meal in the main dining room on the second floor, where you can look out through the large, open windows and enjoy the view of the ginkgo trees.

The rich pulp and mouthwatering sweet aroma of Miyazaki mangoes, which are harvested after they ripen and naturally fall from the trees, can be enjoyed with Kihachi's signature savory dishes. The savory items include smoked date chicken and avocado sandwiches, French fries, and mango caprese, which can only be eaten well at the restaurant. The sparkling toast is also a mango version. The dough is made with 74% high hydration flour from the historic Caputo company in Naples, Italy, and is carefully rested. It is baked at 400 degrees for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, sealing in the flavor. The soft and juicy texture is like a pizza you can drink.
