At 'Peace', you can enjoy French and Italian cuisine that makes the most of seasonal ingredients. The dishes are offered as a course that evokes the four seasons of Japan, featuring carefully crafted items from prosciutto and pasta to meat dishes and desserts. A selection of rare wines and fruit cocktails is also available, allowing for pairing with the food. In particular, dishes using sea urchin and sweetfish are popular among visitors. "Peace" is located in the Nihonbashi-Mitsukoshi area and offers a space that combines an urban, sophisticated atmosphere with historical charm. The modern interior, based on white and brown, harmoniously balances luxury and casualness. The seating options are diverse, including an open kitchen counter and tables that encourage lively conversation, allowing for a relaxed flow of time. The cleanliness and freshness of the interior provide a sense of security to visitors, enabling them to enjoy their meals in a relaxed manner. In this comfortable atmosphere, you can spend special moments with your loved ones.

"Peace" is a new challenge launched by Mr. Ippei Matsumoto, who became independent in 2014, building on the success of the French restaurant "Lape." Mr. Matsumoto utilized his experience learned at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Belgium and earned one Michelin star at "Lape" in 2018. He then welcomed Chef Takahito Oshima as the sous chef and opened this restaurant in Nihonbashi. Leveraging his training experience in Europe and his career at renowned restaurants in Tokyo, he continues to explore a new culinary world. The journey so far has become the foundation of this restaurant.

Owner chef Ippei Matsumoto discovered his passion for cooking at his family's oden restaurant, gained experience in Roppongi, and honed his skills at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Belgium. After returning to Japan, he achieved numerous accomplishments as a chef at famous restaurants and opened 'Rape' in 2014. In 2018, he received one Michelin star. At the new restaurant 'Peace', he appointed Takahito Oshima, who excelled at Rape, as the head chef, showcasing his creativity. The collaboration of both chefs creates the distinctive dishes of 'Peace'.
