◆ Flower Field Butterfly ◆ The flower field butterfly lives bravely in this land. Its favorite foods are marbled horse sashimi and horse liver sashimi. For those who might say, 'But I'm not familiar with it,' let me tell you a dramatic love story. Long ago, there were two horses: a passionate chestnut Breton and a gentle white Percheron. The two horses loved a delicate butterfly in the flower field. One day, the butterfly, after much anguish, told the Breton that she had chosen the Percheron as her partner, which suddenly cast dark clouds over the flower field. The heartbroken Breton became wild. In a moment of impulse, he accidentally knocked the butterfly down with his tail as she tried to comfort him. Believing the butterfly to be dying, the Breton, in his despair, bit down on his own heart and, leaving behind his torn chest meat, soared into the sky, becoming the 'Breton Nebula.' Meanwhile, the Percheron, overwhelmed by sadness, wished to the horse god, 'Please save the butterfly's life,' using the nourishing chest meat of the Breton and his own liver. He too soared into the sky, becoming the 'Percheron Nebula.' Even now, they wish for the butterfly's well-being from afar. The chest meat and marbled horse sashimi represent the Breton's passionate love. The liver and liver sashimi represent the Percheron's devoted love. For the flower field butterfly, these are unforgettable memories. Note: Breton and Percheron are types of heavy draft horses (brisket, liver, tongue).

Kumamoto Castle Flower Field Town. This place is particularly adorned by the Flower Field Butterfly. The butterfly's favorite food is marbled horse sashimi and horse liver sashimi. For those who might say, 'But I'm not familiar with it,' let me tell you a dramatic love story. A passionate white horse, Breton, and a gentle chestnut horse, Percheron. There were two friendly horses. The two loved a delicate butterfly in the flower field. One day, after much anguish, the butterfly announced that she had chosen Percheron as her partner, and suddenly dark clouds gathered over the flower field. The dejected Breton, in turmoil, accidentally knocked the butterfly down with his tail while trying to comfort her. In front of the dying butterfly, Breton, who thought he was already dead, tried to follow her by crushing his own heart, but was blocked by his ribs and could not succeed, leaving behind his torn chest meat and soaring into the sky, becoming the 'Breton Nebula.' Meanwhile, while overwhelmed by sadness, Percheron wished to the horse god that the remaining chest meat of Breton and his own most nourishing liver could save the butterfly's life, and he too soared into the sky, becoming the 'Percheron Nebula.' And even now, from far above the sky, he wishes for the butterfly's well-being. The chest meat and marbled horse sashimi represent Breton's passionate love. The liver and liver sashimi represent Percheron's devoted love. Together, they are an unforgettable memory of the Flower Field Butterfly. Note: Breton and Percheron are types of heavy draft horses.
There was a street with a different atmosphere than now. There was a street lined with willows. The name of the street was the well-known Ginza Street. The flow of cars and the movement of people were lively, and there was a guardrail separating the road and the sidewalk. There was a round white guardrail between our shop and the sidewalk. I waited by the guardrail for my busy mother and siblings working in the cramped shop. For little me, the 'white chair' was my favorite, and I waited with my feet swinging. Eventually, without waiting any longer, time passed. One day, I stood in front of the chair. The 'white chair' was tragically bent. Our shop, popular for grilled meat, horse sashimi, and simple Japanese cuisine, also cannot do without the stewed offal that has been loved by many customers to the extent of bending this guardrail. Many female customers, in particular, have recently increased, saying, 'I can eat this stew.' Customers who sat on that guardrail, regardless of the heat or cold, waiting for a vacant seat, the popularity of the stew remains strong. When the willow trees were cut down, the guardrail also disappeared. This is a story from a long time ago.
