If you want to experience the ultimate shabu-shabu I highly recommend it if you want to experience the ultimate shabu-shabu. If you can't eat enough, go with someone who can eat for two. An aggressive shabu in an underground sanctuary (wrong Cana) Came to the store with a bench press buddy. No matter where you walk from, it looks very underground. Beef shabu shabu is a creative restaurant with about 12 seats at the counter. The important dishes are served at a good tempo. I felt that the food log score, which was over 4 when I came to the restaurant, raised the bar, but the food is delicious. The relay team of leeks and pea shoots does a good job, and the beef is basically served without the need to chew. There is also a rare sake on the menu, which should be a hit with sake lovers. This is the place to enjoy the best Tajima Gen and sake selected by the owner himself @ Okubo. Tokyo Meat Shabu House. The owner, who has eaten at all kinds of restaurants, found the taste of ponzu (Japanese citrus vinegar) and gomadare (sesame sauce) at ⁉️, where he could not find good ponzu anywhere else. Other dishes include stewed tail, suzunoko (dried herring roe), handa somen (handa somen noodles) and curry for shime, and even coffee jelly for dessert. Nothing but delicious food is served. ❗️ I enjoy talking with the owner, drinking premier sake, and would love to go back to this restaurant 😆💕. . . .

If you want to eat really good shabu-shabu, this is the place to go @ Okubo. Tokyo Meat Shabu Shabu House. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Tajima Gen at the stylish counter. To ensure that you can enjoy every moment of the dish, everything has been thought out, from the mild ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and condiments to the dashi (Japanese soup stock), which only uses kombu (kelp) No. 1 dashi. The restaurant offers chateaubriand, shintama, tongue, and other parts of the meat in the most delicious way. The all-you-can-eat vegetable buffet is also a plus 😍. They also have a wide variety of premium sake such as Jyushidai and Shinmasa 🍶✨ which makes the sake go down a treat 😅 I enjoyed talking with the owner who is an experienced foodie 😆🍴✨ I want to go here regularly. ❣️ I'd like to go there regularly. This is the kind of restaurant where you can't leave until you're full @ Okubo Tokyo Meat Shabu Shabu House. Tajima Gen shabu shabu course. The course served by the owner, who is a gourmet eater, cannot be bad from the appetizer to the end of the course. Everything was excellent. ❗️ The sirloin and tongue are served with vegetables such as bean sprouts in a kombu broth with ponzu and sesame sauce that has been aged for 60 days. It melts in your mouth 😆. The oxtail stew, homemade sukodate, and spiced curry made from tail soup were also amazing. To celebrate their 4th anniversary, they offered free Sake 😍. The sake on offer was all premieres like Jyushidai, Tasake, Noguchi, etc. 🤣🤣🤣. Too big a deal. The owner says he won't know if he is making a profit until the end of the month! He said lol. That's the spirit of the man, it's beautiful 👏👏👏👏👏. I'm not sure if it's profitable or not. I'll be back soon. I'll be back soon.

Tokyo Higashi-Shinjuku Station ****Niku Shabu-Ya**** I ate so much meat that I can't eat any more 🥩. I'm not sure how much shabu-shabu meat is too much for one person in the picture! It was so good that I ate it all up lol. I was so impressed with the meat. It was so good that it opened up every pore on my body😭. All of them were so delicious that I was shaking (((o(**▽▽*)o)))♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡! They even had apple sorbet. Mystery of curry after somen to finish 🍛 but I can eat it because it's so good 🍛. You can even eat tan shabu tan sashimi, which is amazing! The price is 💸💸. If I'm fat after eating such delicious food, I'll be fat for the rest of my life!

Tokyo Meat Shabu-Shabu House in Higashi-Shinjuku Tajima Ota beef special set for women only 🐃❤! Beef tongue & sirloin in a luxurious shabu shabu 😋✨ ,. Seasoned with ponzu, sesame sauce, salt (truffle, red pepper, onion pepper, garlic herb) Tender and sweet meat... 🙆onion salt for me 🙆❤tongue, bean sprouts and salt... no complaints. I don't mind the marbling of the large sirloin, and I don't mind the fat: ✌️💕 The udon noodles to finish the course was also very satisfying with a good broth and a choice of 4 types of ice cream 🐃🙏💕.
