Kunel

A boneless pig's trotter filled with minced pork, herbs, mushrooms, and other fillings. The crispy bread crumb coating encases a fluffy gelatinous texture, dense filling, and bursting mustard sauce. A dish that plays with your taste buds. Price is vague, maybe it was 2200 yen. Generous portion size.

A cauliflower flan (similar to a mousse) surrounded by about 10 oysters meunière (the number may vary depending on the size of the oysters). The surface is crispy from being cooked, while the inside is perfectly semi-cooked. It is served with a burnt balsamic-flavored sauce. A must-try for oyster lovers. I had this dish at the beginning of winter, so I didn't have oyster fry this year. I vaguely remember the price. I think it was either 1800 yen or 2200 yen.
