This is the Nichigetsu omakase pork cutlet course that allows you to savor the ingredients. Since rare parts are included, the brand of pork and vegetables will vary depending on the time of reservation. Please leave the part and brand to us. We will seat you for 75 minutes from the time of your reservation. Please note that there is no waiting time. Lunch will be served in alternating sessions of one part, two parts, and (three parts on Sundays only). Payment is to be made in total. The private course is for 6 people. We serve our original bite-sized Croque Monsieur, made with homemade béchamel sauce, ham, and roast cutlet, freshly baked to a crisp. The photo shows two portions.
This is a sushi roll made with loin cutlet, perilla leaves, sesame, pepper, and kelp, combined with a special rice from Nichigetsu, wrapped in Suma's Hyogo nori. It is cut into 6 pieces per roll. 100g of rice and 60g of loin cutlet (without fat) per piece, approximately 3.5cm in diameter.
This is a simple burger with mini buns, cabbage salad, and pork cutlet, topped with homemade sauce. It is finished with a sweet sauce made with Kyushu miso. Please enjoy it with some mustard to your liking. Although small, it is quite filling.
We offer a selection of six types of wine, including Champagne, paired with dishes. Natural wines are also included. If you have any wines you dislike, we recommend choosing by the glass.
