Shikisai Course" is recommended for year-end and New Year's parties. It includes all-you-can-drink for 180 minutes, and offers a full 4-course menu including "duck hot pot" perfect for the cold season, "8 kinds of appetizers," "soba noodles," and "yogurt ice cream directly sent from Awaji Island. This is an easy plan to enjoy the "kawadoko", a summer tradition in Kyoto. A six-course Kyoto-style meal including fried hamo (pike conger eel) with Naruto sauce, rice cooked with octopus and ginger, and other Kyoto-style Japanese dishes.
