Using spring water from the Aso mountain range in Kumamoto Prefecture, it is finished with a crisp and dry taste through low-temperature fermentation. It has a solid structure that maintains flavor consistency whether served cold or warm.
A genuine sake from Niigata Prefecture that offers a refreshing taste while still delivering a distinct umami flavor. It is a dry junmai sake from Echigo that you won't tire of drinking.
From Yamagata Prefecture, it has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, and while it is elegant, it pairs exceptionally well with food. It is finished with a calm aroma and a quality that does not become tiresome to drink.
