New user-friendly sushi restaurant in Ebisu New Sushi Restaurant in Ebisu! That's right, we're going there, aren't we? At any rate, lol! There seems to be no private rooms, only a counter. There are two masters, and on this day, I was served by the one in the front, Kamata. In conclusion, it was good! I have super high expectations for its future growth! I have not trained in Japanese cuisine or sushi at a well-known restaurant! He has been a chef since he was 18 years old, which is quite a career! The snacks have the essence of Japanese cuisine. It's unique and very good! The nigiri also includes four kinds of tuna, and on this particular day, the tuna we had was 118 kilograms of Oma, so they are buying good quality tuna. However, there is a problem, The staff. They are too nervous. They should be more relaxed! They should fix it as soon as possible because it's a new restaurant! For sushi in Ebisu, 20,000 yen course is easy to go! I want to go back soon!

White Wine

Chablis, characterized by its acidity, pairs perfectly with vinegared rice. We selected a white wine with subtle fruit aromas and a refreshing taste.
