The skewers of rare Miyazaki free-range chicken grilled over charcoal are fragrant and spread happiness with every bite. It's enjoyable to slowly savor each skewer while watching them being grilled over the counter. Private rooms are also available, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy meals while having conversations. The soft and juicy half-cooked quail skewers and hip cuts, which are not often seen, are surprising. The water-boiled chicken soup is light yet packed with the umami of the chicken, and I drank every last drop. They also carefully prepare the finishing rice porridge, leaving both my stomach and heart satisfied and very happy.
