Additionally, we source brown rice from rice farmers in Hyogo Prefecture and mill it on-site to enhance the sweetness of the rice. We also offer many skewers of rare cuts as a limited quantity menu item. It is an izakaya where you can enjoy dishes that emphasize freshness and quality.
