In a cozy space centered around the counter, you can enjoy a calm atmosphere. The style combines a French-based course with Japanese sake, making the pairings very exciting. Each dish, utilizing ingredients from Tokushima and Nagano, is rich in aroma and has a beautiful flow of flavors. The sake is interesting and has personality, with options that have a sweet cloudiness or citrus notes, as well as cups diluted with dashi. They serve the perfect drink for each dish, and the explanations are thorough and easy to understand. The serene atmosphere and warm hospitality made for a pleasant and special time.
