It has been about a year since I first learned of the restaurant's existence last year, and my wish came true when I visited here.
I had a craving for that curly cappellini.
We were served the omakase course (6,500 yen) with recommended drinks as a pairing.
I was served the recommended sake in a pairing style.

We started with the cappellini!
I almost screamed with excitement when it came out.
It was such a long plate that I wondered what else it would be used for. LOL!
I don't usually eat pasta that often, but cappellini is my favorite!

ALMA is a hidden gem where you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine made with an abundance of fresh seafood and vegetables from the Tohoku region. Nestled quietly in a serene area of Ebisu, each visit brings new discoveries in flavor. The restaurant boasts a wide selection of Italian wines, and the seafood dishes are particularly exquisite.
The staff's consideration was truly excellent. Even though they were busy, they made eye contact and it felt very comfortable! We went as a pair, and from the beginning, they served our food separately, and the timing for drinks and food was just perfect and stylish, making me want to come back again!
We went to celebrate a senior's occasion, and the timing for serving the final plate was also just right. I felt that they were particular about everything, from the food to the drinks to the service. I don't usually eat in Ebisu, but I will definitely come back next time! Thank you very much!
