From the moment it enters your mouth, a variety of flavors unravel one by one, creating a superb harmony. This dish features Koshihikari rice from Joetsu wrapped in black wagyu beef, accompanied by luxurious ingredients such as domestic sea urchin, salmon roe, caviar, and homemade karasumi.
Roast beef of carefully grilled black wagyu, topped with micro herbs and edible flowers, sprinkled with flake soy sauce and Swiss aged cheese 'Belper Knolle Alto'. When rolled up, a floral taste blooms in your mouth.
