Located in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City, this cozy restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere. Especially popular on the lunch menu is the Kyo dashimaki donburi, a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of soup stock. It is characterized by its dashi broth and light flavor, and is also very hearty. The restaurant's commitment to quality is also reflected in its ingredients, including rare fresh fish and a selection of Japanese sake. The restaurant can get crowded during lunch hours, but this is a testament to its popularity. It is definitely worth a visit.
