A famous Kyoto-style tempura featuring sea urchin wrapped in seaweed, live tiger prawns and other seafood, and tempura of Kyoto vegetables, wild plants, and root vegetables. The meal begins with seasonal appetizers, followed by sashimi, a special salad, and mini-tendon (or tencha) as a meal substitute.
The salt and tempura sauce that enhance the tempura are carefully blended with our own unique formula, and the tempura oil is made from the finest cottonseed oil, which is squeezed from high-quality cotton seeds. The taste and flavor of the ingredients are not lost, and the deep-fried tempura is light and surprisingly light and healthy.
