We express the charm of creatures that have not been in the spotlight, such as insects, wild plants, and game, through a course meal. Chef Yamamoto also focuses on ingredients and production sites to create new flavors. We serve each dish one by one at a U-shaped table, delivering gifts from the Earth filled with surprises and discoveries.

Our shop is dedicated to delivering the charm of insects to everyone, and we are putting effort into product development. We offer a variety of flavors without being confined to genres, including our original 'Cricket Beer' and 'Tagamejin', which is made from the extracted pheromones of the water bug.

The flagship product made with broth from crickets. A blend of the two-spotted cricket and the European house cricket. In addition to the broth, soy sauce and aromatic oil are also finished with crickets, using about 160 crickets per bowl.

A sausage made using silkworm pupae. The shape is inspired by the silkworm cocoon. With the addition of fresh cream and egg whites, it has a smooth texture like silk.

A dish that brings out the charm of each insect, featuring 'cricket and ginger', 'locust, perilla, and green chili', and 'silkworm, pistachio, and cardamom'. (There is also a value set available.)
