Kyoto Deep Red Egg
This is a local sake brewed with Kurashiki Asahi rice made by the owner's father, with a rice polishing ratio of 50% and is a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a deep flavor due to the Namamoto brewing method.
Nara Prefecture limited distribution sake, for some reason you can drink it at our store. By the way, the nationwide distribution name is Mimuro Sugi.
