What is 'pre-cut shochu'... It is a shochu that is diluted with the brewery's brewing water in a ratio of 5:5 to 6:4 in advance and left to rest. The shochu and water blend together, making the taste smooth. 'Kurochiyoka'... A sake vessel baked using the Kuro Satsuma technique of Satsuma ware. It is like drinking pre-cut shochu warm, which is essentially a hot shochu. *The brewing water is from Nishi Shuzo in Kagoshima, known for 'Takayama'.
