Over 100 years ago, during the Ryukyu Kingdom era, the common people drank a sake called sweet potato sake (Imuge). Revived after a century! This is a spirit made from 'rice', 'purple sweet potato', and 'brown sugar', with a vanilla-like aroma and sweetness, resembling sweet potato shochu.
