We serve "Mori karashi lotus root", a delicacy from a long-established restaurant with a 300-year history, "assorted horse sashimi" from Kumamoto, and our "specialty" toriten (chicken tempura) with seasonal hand-made yuzu pepper. The "Hakata Buttukiri Mentaiko Motsunabe" is made with extra-large Hakata Mentaiko and Japanese Mots! The mentaiko cod roe and the flavor of the ingredients blend together in a special broth made from grilled sardines. Finish with "Goto Udon", a specialty of Nagasaki's Goto Island, Seasonal dishes using seasonal ingredients are another attraction of our restaurant. 'Tori Ten', our specialty dish, has a 99% repeat rate!? The secret to its popularity lies in the crispy batter that envelops tender and juicy chicken breast, paired with handmade yuzu pepper from Yufuin, Oita, kombu ponzu, and grilled salt, allowing you to enjoy a variety of delicious flavors.
The star of the dish is the offal hot pot, which uses domestic Japanese beef small intestines, featuring tender and non-smelly offal along with plenty of vegetables. The soup is a light and refreshing bonito broth. The highlight is the generous serving of extra-large 'Hakata Buzzworthy Mentaiko' piled on top. The exquisite soup, where all the flavors meld together, guarantees satisfaction all the way to the last bite.
Horse liver is characterized by its crunchy texture. It has no unique odor or richness typical of liver, making it recommended for those trying it for the first time!! Enjoy it with our shop's special grilled salt sesame sauce!
