I choose fresh produce based on my own eyes and experience. While considering what pairs well with our dishes and drinks, I procure a variety of colorful vegetables. We prepare menus that can fully bring out the charm of vegetables carefully cultivated by farmers from various regions.
We offer a variety of meat dishes, including our special sautéed wagyu beef that pairs perfectly with our proudly selected wines! Please enjoy our dishes arranged in the ZERO style. Paella and fish dishes are also recommended.

Tempranillo (Taste: Medium body) with aromas of plum and black cherry, featuring elegant floral notes. A complexity reminiscent of balsamic and faint herbal nuances.
Tempranillo (Flavor: Medium Body) aged for 6 months in French and American oak. Aromas of prunes and dried figs are gently enveloped by a bouquet of vanilla and coconut. The rich flavor has a good balance of smooth tannins.
