It was a calm space underground that you could reach without getting lost from the station. All the rooms are designed for privacy, allowing you to relax without worrying about those around you. The style is to take off your shoes at the entrance, which adds to the comfort. There is only one course, and you can enjoy a sequence of appetizers, grilled dishes, tempura, chawanmushi, sukiyaki, small rice bowls, nigiri, and desserts. The small rice bowl with sea urchin and salmon roe and the sukiyaki made with black wagyu beef were particularly impressive, and the nigiri was also delicious and well-balanced. When I expressed my preferences for sake, they provided options, making it fun to choose.
