I don't get a chance to go to Robuchon very often, so this was my first time at the Roppongi restaurant! I was really excited when I saw these dots! The dots around them are tomato sauce! The dots around them are vegetables: tomatoes, apples and avocados! It's fun to look at, isn't it? The late Mr. Robuchon, who was poor as a child, invented mashed potatoes as a way to make his food tastier! Such a fun story!
